General Booking Terms and Conditions:

(Please note that as all our services are bespoke these conditions may be altered or amended according to each individual booking. Any additional terms and conditions will be sent with your invoice).

Deposit and Payment

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the invoice value is required to secure the booking
2. The balance of the invoice is due one month prior to the event
3. If you decide to cancel your event, for whatever reason, the 50% booking fee is non- refundable.
4. Giddy Up does not accept any liability for any failure to provide our services which are due to circumstances beyond our control or an act of god
