General Booking Terms and Conditions:
(Please note that as all our services are bespoke these conditions may be altered or amended according to each individual booking. Any additional terms and conditions will be sent with your invoice).
Deposit and Payment
1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the invoice value is required to secure the booking
2. The balance of the invoice is due 14 days prior to the event
3. If you decide to cancel your event, for whatever reason, the 50% booking fee is non- refundable.
4. For cancellations made over 14 days or less in advance of your event the final 50% invoice balance will be refundable.
5. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your event, the full invoice amount is non-refundable.
6. Giddy Up does not accept any liability for any failure to provide our services which are due to circumstances beyond our control or an act of god
